✦When you use my USTs, you must always clearly state the creator's name (ぺしゆー or pessi-euph).
✦Please use them on your own judgment and responsibility within the bounds of public order and morals.
✦Use of UST is prohibited for those who do not agree to this Terms of Use.
Prohibited
✦Redistribution, claiming them as your own work
✦Redistributing converted ust files in other formats (VSQ, MIDI, etc.)
✦Posting tuned UST without disclosing that it's tuned by pessi-euph
✦Significant alterations beyond arrangement, including parody songs
✦Uses violating public order and morals (including so-called gentlemen's MMD content)
✦Actions explicitly suggesting specific religious, political, or discriminatory ideologies
✦Actions that could be perceived as attacks on individuals or groups
✦Any other actions that cause trouble for the original song creators or UTAU VB administrators
Permission
✦Use with human-voiced audio(人力音源)
✦Use for adding harmonies, arrangements, or splitting parts
✦Passing files between individuals for projects or commissions
✦Creating tuning demonstration videos after re-tuning
